Custom software development for companies
We design and build systems that fit how your company works, instead of forcing you to change your operation to fit an off-the-shelf product.
Plenty of companies end up running their operation on shared spreadsheets, systems that don't talk to each other, and one person who is the only one who understands how it all fits together. It works until it doesn't: when that person leaves, when volume grows, or when someone asks for a number and nobody can answer with confidence.
Custom development makes sense when your process is part of your competitive advantage. If you do things differently from your competition and it works for you, bending to fit generic software throws that advantage away. We build around how you work today, and leave room for how you'll work in three years.
What it includes
- Discovery of your current process, with the people who actually run it
- Architecture and data model designed to grow, not just to launch
- Biweekly releases you can test and correct as we go
- Integrations with what you already use: accounting, banking, invoicing, inventory
- Migration of your historical data, with cross-validation
- Team training and support after launch
This is for you if…
- Your operation depends on spreadsheets only one person fully understands
- You tried an off-the-shelf system and ended up bending your process to fit it
- You have valuable information spread across systems that don't talk to each other
- Every month someone hand-builds reports that should come out on their own

Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, but we aim to get a first usable version into production within 8 to 12 weeks, and build from there on something that's already working for you. We prefer that to disappearing for six months and coming back with a complete system nobody validated.
Who owns the code?
It's set out in each project's contract. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the deliverables specific to your project transfer to you once the agreed price is paid. We keep our own general-purpose libraries and tools.
Do you work with companies in other countries?
Yes. We work remotely with companies in different countries, with on-site visits when the project calls for it: mainly during initial discovery and go-live.
