1. Acceptance

By browsing loyik.com or submitting a request through the quote form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

loyik.com is the corporate website of Loyik S.A. Its purpose is to present the company, its services, and its products, and to receive contact and quote requests.

The information published here is informational and commercial in nature. It is not a binding offer, a firm quote, or accounting, legal, or tax advice.

3. Scope of services

Loyik S.A. provides software and application development, business process automation, artificial intelligence agents and chatbots, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business intelligence services.

The specific scope of each project, its deliverables, timelines, prices, and warranties are defined exclusively in the contract or signed proposal between Loyik S.A. and the client. That document prevails over any content on this site.

4. Intellectual property of the site

The LOYIK trademark, the logo, the texts, the design, the code, and the other elements of this site are the property of Loyik S.A. or are used under license.

You may view, share, and quote the site's content with attribution. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes, or use the trademark or logo, without written authorization from Loyik S.A.

5. Intellectual property of the work we deliver

Ownership of software developed for a client is established in each project's contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project-specific deliverables transfer to the client once the agreed price has been paid.

Loyik S.A. retains in all cases ownership of its components, libraries, tools, and pre-existing or general-purpose know-how, and of the software behind its own products, including Omnygest, which is licensed by subscription and is not transferred.

6. Permitted use of the site

When using the site you agree not to:

• Submit false information, third-party information without authorization, or unlawful content through the form
• Attempt to access non-public areas or systems of the site
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure
• Extract content in an automated, bulk fashion without authorization

7. Links to third-party sites

The site links to other sites, including omnygest.com and our social media profiles. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and Loyik S.A. is not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

9. Limitation of liability

Loyik S.A. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, nor for decisions you make relying solely on the information published here.

This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to liability that Honduran law does not allow to be excluded. Liability for contracted services is governed by the terms of the corresponding contract.

10. Data protection

The processing of personal data you send us through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with its last-updated date at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras.

Any dispute related to the site or to these terms is submitted to the competent courts of Tegucigalpa, department of Francisco Morazan, Honduras, with express waiver of any other venue.
